Delivery:
Shipping is charged at £2.99 for all purchases within the UK.
We use Royal Mail First Class delivery on all our orders, however the shipping time guarantee may vary depending on location. In the unlikely circumstances that there is a hold up with stock which would result in a delay to your order, we will make every effort to contact you to let you know. We will refund anyone upon request who had paid the £2.99 for delivery, and anyone who qualified for free shipping may be able to receive a special discount code as compensation, at the discretion of our Customer Service team.
If you are based in the UK and the order does not arrive within 5 working days from confirmation of dispatch, or if you are based outside of the UK and the order does not arrive within 25 days, please contact Customer Service by emailing hello@boldfreds.com
We can investigate with Royal Mail and then if we deduce that the order did not in fact reach its intended destination, we will resend your order for you (as we understand items can sometimes be lost in the post). We will only do this once however, and then if it still doesn't arrive Bold Freds will not take liability.
If non-arrival of items purchased from the store is down to a mistake by you (the customer) during the ordering process (i.e wrong address) and you do not let us know prior to dispatch, Bold Freds will not be liable and will not resend or refund your order.
Import Fees/Duties:
Orders to some countries may be liable for import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place. This is dependent on the country where the delivery is taking place and is variable on the size/weight of the product. Please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Bold Freds.
Returns:
All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
If you would like to change your item for a different colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
